Merrill Hewitt is a mixed-media artist based in Washington, DC and Paris, making work that is beautiful, strange, and just a little bit dangerous. She transforms discarded and overlooked materials into objects that are fragile, fierce, and impossible to ignore.

A 2025 graduate of Parsons Paris in Art, Media, and Technology (with a minor in Creative Entrepreneurship), Hewitt explores what gets hidden, what gets worshipped, and what it means to make the invisible visible through art.
